Digital Strategy Standard: Growth After MVP

The MVP has been tested, the first sales are in — and this is exactly where most people stop: the product needs refining for those who actually buy, and marketing stops paying off on one-off efforts. Standard is the next-level strategy that flows out of Express: we look at what the test showed, refine the offer and the product, and map out marketing activities and channels so that growth no longer depends on the mood of your ads.

The format is individual: there are no price tiers here — there is your market, your numbers and a week-by-week implementation plan.

Digital-стратегія Standard — компас

The MVP proved people buy. The next question is different: how do you make them buy consistently — without a new test every month and without depending on a single channel.

When Standard is the right fit

Test passed, then fog
You have your first customers, but it's unclear whether that's a pattern or luck. We go through the test numbers and separate what repeats from what worked once.

Ads run, margin melts
The ad account is spinning, leads are coming in, yet profit isn't growing. We look at the economics of each channel and keep the ones that earn, not the ones that “bring traffic”.
Result: budget goes where it comes back
The product needs work
The buyers aren't quite who you planned for, and they're not quite buying what you planned. We repackage the offer for the real buyers — cheaper than hunting for buyers to fit the old offer.

You want to grow, not test
More ideas than hands. We map out marketing activities months ahead, in the order that brings growth without overloading the team.
Result: a plan your team executes, not just you

From a tested MVP to a system that grows

Four stages
MVP
System
Stage 1. What the test showed
We break down the MVP numbers: who bought, at what price, where they came from and why some left. Skip this step and the strategy is built on guesses.

Stage 2. Product and offer
We refine the product and the offer for the people who actually pay: wording, what's included, price, the promise on the first screen.

Stage 3. Activities and channels
We map out the marketing activities: which channels to scale, which to close, and which content and automation hold them together.

Stage 4. Plan and metrics
A week-by-week rollout plan and the metrics that show whether the system is growing. From there — on your own or with me alongside.

What you get

  1. 1

MVP breakdown. What worked, what didn't and why — in numbers, not impressions.

  2. 2

Updated offer and product. Packaged for real buyers, with positioning and headlines built on D.N.A.

  3. 3

Marketing activity map. Channels, content, automation and analytics — linked together, not scattered across contractors.

  4. 4

Week-by-week rollout plan. With roles: what the team does, what contractors do, what stays with you.

  5. 5

Growth metrics. A few numbers that show the state of the system — so decisions are made on them, not on gut feeling.

Questions before we start

What people usually clarify before we talk about the project. Everything else — personally on Telegram.
  • Can I do Standard without Express?

Yes, if the MVP has already been tested and you have the numbers: sales, channels, cost per customer. Then you've effectively done the Express stage yourself, and we start with the results breakdown.

  • Why no fixed packages?

Because after MVP every business has its own set of tasks: one needs to repackage the product, another to rearrange the channels. We agree on scope and terms after talking through your numbers — so you don't pay for sections you don't need.

  • Do you implement or just write?

Standard is the strategy and the plan. Implementation is on your team — or on launch support, where I run the process to the first systematic sales.

  • What do you need from me?

Access to the numbers: sales, ad accounts, analytics, customer feedback. The more honest the data, the more precise the plan.

  • No team — can I handle it alone?

The plan is written with roles, so you'll see which tasks you can realistically close yourself and which are worth handing over. It often turns out you don't need a team — you need automation.

Strategy written. Who leads next?

After Standard there are two paces. The first: your team rolls out the plan week by week while I stay on call for consultations. The second: launch support — I run the process to the first systematic sales, and every stage ends in numbers, not in a “we're working on it” report.

Website & Funnel Audit: Where You Lose Leads

There is traffic, but leads are few or the wrong kind — and nobody can tell who is to blame: the ads, the page, the form or the offer. The website and funnel audit is a walk along your customer’s path from click to payment: page structure, copy, speed, analytics, forms, events for your ad account. I look at it through your customer’s eyes and through the eyes of someone who has been building sales systems since 2008.

The result is a list of the places where you lose leads, ordered from the most expensive down to the small stuff, plus a 30-day plan of fixes.

Express Digital Strategy: A Route to Your First Sale

The product is ready or nearly ready, but where to take it is unclear: channels, budgets and copy get picked at random, and every attempt burns money without ever answering “why didn’t it work”. The Express strategy is a quick map drawn for your niche and your market: who needs you, what offer you lead with, which channels you use and in what order.

The result is a document you can read in an evening and a week-by-week implementation plan. It is written around your market, not around what we could sell you, so it contains exactly as many tools as your first sale requires.

Launch Support: To Your First Repeatable Sales

You have the knowledge, the strategy may even be written down — and the launch still grinds along on sheer willpower: the website drags on, the ads go live without analytics, and every next step is a decision you make alone. Launch Support is a format where I walk you through it by the hand: from “who needs me” through packaging with the D.N.A. Model, a website on NEO and automation — all the way to your first repeatable sales, the kind that keep coming without your daily involvement.

You do the work; I watch the numbers, point to the next step and keep the system from falling apart at the point where energy usually runs out.
