60-Minute Consultation: A 30-Day Plan
A 60-minute session with me: we go through your product, audience and funnel, find what blocks sales and agree on a plan for the next month.
An hour of outside perspective saves a month in the dark
What people bring to the consultation
How the hour goes
What you take from the consultation
-
1
A diagnosis. One or two places where you’re actually losing sales — without a vague “improve your marketing”.
-
2
A 30-day plan. A list of steps in implementation order that you can carry out without me.
-
3
Answers to your questions. The ones you brought, and the ones that came up during the conversation.
-
4
Clarity on the next format. Whether working on your own is enough, or you need an audit, a strategy or support — I’ll tell you honestly.
What people ask before booking
-
What should I prepare?
A short questionnaire and whatever numbers you have: sales, ad spend, traffic. If there are no numbers — that’s an answer too, and we’ll start from there.
-
What if an hour isn’t enough?
The hour is designed for one or two key questions. If there are more tasks, we’ll define during the consultation which format you need next: an audit, a strategy or support.
-
Is this a pitch for other services?
No. You pay for an hour, and in that hour you get a plan. If I see that working on your own or the free Academy courses is enough for you — that’s exactly what I’ll say.
-
How does the meeting work?
Online, one on one. We agree on a time after you book via Telegram; you send the questionnaire in advance so the hour goes on answers, not introductions.
-
Who is it not for?
Anyone who wants to hear “I’ll do it all for you”. The consultation gives you a plan that you implement — or you add Launch Support.
An hour is the shortest path from a question to a plan
Message me on Telegram, briefly describe your product and question — we’ll agree on a time. After the consultation you have a 30-day plan and a clear sense of whether you need the next format. Sometimes this hour is enough. Sometimes a launch starts with it.

Website & Funnel Audit: Where You Lose Leads
There is traffic, but leads are few or the wrong kind — and nobody can tell who is to blame: the ads, the page, the form or the offer. The website and funnel audit is a walk along your customer’s path from click to payment: page structure, copy, speed, analytics, forms, events for your ad account. I look at it through your customer’s eyes and through the eyes of someone who has been building sales systems since 2008.
The result is a list of the places where you lose leads, ordered from the most expensive down to the small stuff, plus a 30-day plan of fixes.
Learn moreExpress Digital Strategy: A Route to Your First Sale
The product is ready or nearly ready, but where to take it is unclear: channels, budgets and copy get picked at random, and every attempt burns money without ever answering “why didn’t it work”. The Express strategy is a quick map drawn for your niche and your market: who needs you, what offer you lead with, which channels you use and in what order.
The result is a document you can read in an evening and a week-by-week implementation plan. It is written around your market, not around what we could sell you, so it contains exactly as many tools as your first sale requires.
Learn moreDigital Strategy Standard: Growth After MVP
The MVP has been tested, the first sales are in — and this is exactly where most people stop: the product needs refining for those who actually buy, and marketing stops paying off on one-off efforts. Standard is the next-level strategy that flows out of Express: we look at what the test showed, refine the offer and the product, and map out marketing activities and channels so that growth no longer depends on the mood of your ads.
The format is individual: there are no price tiers here — there is your market, your numbers and a week-by-week implementation plan.
Learn moreLaunch Support: To Your First Repeatable Sales
You have the knowledge, the strategy may even be written down — and the launch still grinds along on sheer willpower: the website drags on, the ads go live without analytics, and every next step is a decision you make alone. Launch Support is a format where I walk you through it by the hand: from “who needs me” through packaging with the D.N.A. Model, a website on NEO and automation — all the way to your first repeatable sales, the kind that keep coming without your daily involvement.
You do the work; I watch the numbers, point to the next step and keep the system from falling apart at the point where energy usually runs out.
